- After many years living in Germany, Ahmad's old university friends decide to organize three days together on the banks of the Caspian Sea. On this trip, while still reeling from the recent disintegration of an unhappy marriage, Ahmad meets Elly and gradually strikes up an interest. However, on the second day of the trip, an incident occurs that leads to Elly's disappearance. The joyful atmosphere evaporates and harmony breaks down as the friends try to understand how and why she disappeared. As panic sets in, the friends start becoming judgemental and the secrets and tensions underneath the surface come to the fore.
