Lots of options - do it all for a truly challenging intermediate/advanced-level workout. Or do one of the pre-programmed shorter workouts for an easier Walk Aerobics session. Either way, you'll get Leslie's high-energy enthusiasm and super-easy-to-follow moves (basic walks, marches and kicks, never any fancy choreography or plyometric moves).
