Summary
He was the sexiest guy she'd ever met. And that was about all Jess Baxter knew about her newest tenant. Rob Carpenter was a master at dodging questions, and ingniting her desires. With just one of his searing kisses, Jess was hotter than the Florida sun. Then the murders started - all women who looked liked her. And the profile of the killer matched Rob.. Was he an innocent victim - or had his burning kisses only been a smoke screen? One thing was certain: Rob Carpenter was no ordinary man

Review
  • Rendezvous Review: Jess Baxter is divorced and the mother of a six year old daughter, Kelsey, who wants a daddy. Jess has an apartment to rent and needs the money. Rob Carpenter rents it but reveals little about himself. Then a string of murders begin and the victims resemble Jess! Could Rob be the murderer? Jess doesn't believe so but she can't get anyone else to believe her. The suspense holds you in its web until the shattering conclusion. The protagonists are equally strong and determined, and love does manage to bloom among the turmoil and mayhem. Great story. Joyce Parrish
